The whole project of Czech participation at La Carrera Panamericana would not be possible without significant help from project partners. Financial demands of the mission anticipates participation of number of companies, which will utilize this unique opportunity for their B2B and B2C communication when value of positive PR connected with this project should extensively exceed a financial investment of every single partner. The back bone idea of the offer for partners is utilization and extracting the uniqueness of the project which will recieve guaranteed media attention. Essential philosophy which we would like to share with our partners is non-quantifiability of their investment by the size of their logos on the race cars, team outfits and other advertising areas. Basic principle of our offer is exclusivity of the link with the project and besides the strong media impact also possibility of other options:

  • Utilization of particular team members for communication and PR in connection with partners’ own products and/or services. Every team member bears own interesting professional history.
  • Before leaving and after returning it is possible to utilize one of the race cars for static presentation (after previous agreement). Team disposes of even show-off veteran Subaru Coupe as a road car version which can be lent to be used at a trade show or similar.
  • Contests for customers or employees for prizes relevant to the project (team outfit, ride in one of rally cars during test ride etc...)
  • Cooperation with nonprofit organization Archa Chantal (aiming at improving quality of children staying in hospitals). Principal of team’s commitment will be that for every accomplished kilometer of the race La Carrera Panamericana the foundation Archa Chantal receives 5 CZK for every team car. Following return to Prague team patroness Anna Polivkova (step daughter of Chantal Poullain) will hand over a cheque meant for toys’ purchasing.
  • We are going to offer a VIP tour for total of 12 people chosen by partners - arranging will be taken care of by manager Roberto Kopecky, who is fluent Spanish speaker and spent over 10 years in Latin America. The trip is exclusive not only for enabeling the participants to follow the race, but the guests on top of it receive a set of teamwear, they can meet the team on daily basis. It is coming as a all-in package including accommodation, meals and transfers.
